We secure aiming devices to weapon systems.

With over 20 years of experience in the defense space, we intimately understand the criticality of securing aiming devices to weapon systems. Every interface — optic to mount, mount to rail, rail to receiver — is a tolerance chain that the operator's life depends on.

Our OEM design engineering team partners with optic, laser, illumination, NVD and thermal manufacturers — and with end-using units — to develop mount solutions that solve real platform integration problems and survive the operating envelope.

Parametric CAD, GD&T tolerance stack-ups, and DFM-aware design for billet aluminum and stainless components.

In-house prototyping with live-fire validation and Mil-Std 810 environmental qualification.

CNC Manufacturing

Precision 5-axis CNC machining of 7075-T6 and 6061-T6 billet, ceramic deburr, MIL-SPEC Type III hardcoat anodize.

Integration Engineering

Direct integration with optic, laser, illuminator, NVD and thermal OEMs — interface, mass and CG-aware.

Mil/Gov/LE Programs

ITAR-registered, NSN-eligible. Procurement and program-of-record support across DoD and federal LE.
